3. Event Access and Tickets

  • Member Access: Gate Collective events are exclusive to members, and entry requires a valid membership ID. Some events may have additional ticketing requirements, which will be clearly communicated in advance.
  • Non-Transferable Tickets: Memberships and event tickets are personal and cannot be transferred to non-members or other individuals without prior authorization from Gate Collective.
  • Event Conduct: At all events, members are expected to adhere to our Code of Conduct. Violations may result in removal from the event and further disciplinary action.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Membership Fees: Membership may require an annual fee, which is non-refundable. You will be notified of any changes to membership fees upon renewal.
  • Ticket Purchases: Tickets for events are purchased separately and may vary in price. Unless an event is canceled or rescheduled, all ticket sales are final.

  • No Refund on Termination: If a membership is terminated due to a violation, the membership fee will not be refunded.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Assumption of Risk: By participating in events and activities, you assume all risks associated with attendance, including physical and emotional risks inherent to social gatherings.

  • Third-Party Services: Gate Collective is not responsible for any issues arising from services provided by third-party vendors, such as payment processors or event venues.
